Non-Refundable Fees
Initial registration is 40,000 Baht, One time upon acceptance
Yearly/annual education fees, including books, stationery, lunch, snacks, and campus improvements, are 20,000 Baht per year per student (grades 1 – 8) and 50,000 Baht per year (grades 9 – 12) for the Canadian Program as registered Alberta Education students.
Insurance
A mandatory insurance fee that covers a maximum of 10,000 THB per student/accident. This can only be used if the incident occurs in the school premises. Insurance registration and effectiveness in 3 weeks after registration. 1,000 THB
Disclaimer: Any additional costs have to be paid by parents. The insurance can only be used three weeks after the application. Non-refundable. (We, therefore, suggest getting personal health and accident insurance for your child.)
Assessment Tests
An assessment test in schools is a brief evaluation administered before enrollment to gauge a student’s academic abilities, knowledge, and skills in various subjects. It aims to identify the needs and gaps of the potential student, and create/suggest a tailored program for them to support their learning. 2,000 THB
After School Activites
We also have many after-school activities for children (extra payments), including, but not limited to:

– Gymnastics (including rhythmic)

– Professional football coaches
– Rock climbing
– Guitar / Ukelele (lower and higher)
– Chess and other educational games
(There are often new activities introduced during the term time please contact for more details. Ideas very welcome. Previously we have had classes for Muay Thai, MMA, Ju Jit Su, Drama (with professional actors) with enough interest these may be restarted.
After School Education
– Extra Language Support (ELS) Grade 1-3, Grade 4-6, Secondary
– IGCSE Physics, IGCSE Biology
– Maths support
– Chinese Mandarin Conversion (Basic)
Withdrawal And Refund Policy
Unattended days of tuition fees, whether on a termly or annually based schedule, will be calculated for potential refund purposes. Refunds will only be processed if the parent/guardian notifies the school office a minimum of 90 days prior to the student’s departure from the school.
Refunds for unattended days will be granted in accordance with the calculated amount, provided that the aforementioned notification requirement is met.
Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to adhere to the notification timeline outlined in this policy to be eligible for any potential refund of tuition fees.
School fees remain the same regardless of the length of holiday in some months.
